Participants in the survey receive a Contributor Report in April and October following each update of the survey.

The Contributor Report gives a comprehensive comparison of salary package details with respect to other participants in the survey. For jobs that are found commonly across all industries, such as finance, engineering, human resources, etc, comparisons are also provided with respect to all industries. The analysis in the Report is in three sections: remuneration tables, salary practice line charts, and compa-ratio analysis.
