Help describes this screen. The Job Description button gives a description for the selected Survey Title. Click Save to record your updates. Delete removes this record. Select the next job to review from the Job List at left. Use Add New Job on the Main Menu to add a job. Calculate Totals gives the package value and sub-totals, and carries out first-round data checks.

The first column of figures are annual whole-dollar amounts (except Car 1 and 2 Purchase Price) and should add up to give the job's total salary package. Do not include any FBT charge in the salary package figures in the first column, except Lease Car which includes FBT.
If a value is entered for first or second Council-owned car, then for the purposes of the survey, a standard package value for the car and its FBT is calculated. To enable these calculations, give the car purchase price, its FBT statutory fraction (based on annual kms travelled), and the employee's usage level of the car. Missing pieces of car data will inhibit the package calculations. [See Help for definitions.] Abbreviate the job's title.
