The National Remuneration Centre specialises in the conduct of salary surveys. Our Local Authorities Remuneration Survey (LARS), established in early 1990 and continuously maintained and updated ever six months, is Australia's most respected reference for Local Government salary information. The survey is both job evaluated and position description matched and is supported by Councils of significant size.
Our data includes all salary package details currently paid to many, many hundreds of individual Council positions ranging from those on the lower Award Bands to the CEO. Data is classified by job role and by job evaluation.
