LARS Subscription

Participation in the survey is on an annual subscription basis and covers two updates to the survey per year in May and November, and services as described below. The subscription is based on the level of participation sought, and for some levels is also based on the Council's annual operating expenditure budget.

Prepare and distribute data collection material.
Gather survey data from participants.
Process survey data.
Produce all reports, which includes two Survey Reports and two Contributor Reports, per year, per participant, and distribute these reports to survey participants.
Maintain the Job Evaluation and Data Management software used in conjunction with the survey, and distribute updates to participants as appropriate.
Maintain a telephone service to survey participants requiring additional explanation of Report contents.

The subscription may be reviewed at the end of each twelve month period.

Subscriptions run for twelve month periods, commencing 1 January and 1 July.

Levels C1 and C2 subscriptions include a licence to the NRC's internet-based job evaluation system Jobscore.
