Participants in the survey receive a Contributor Report in May and November following each update of the survey.
The Contributor Report gives an analysis
for each job for which the participant contributes data. The content of
these reports depend on the level of participation in the survey.
These levels are tailored to match the information requirements of the
Council and are described in detail under the heading
Subscription.
In summary, the choices cover job evaluated or position description
match participation, and salary comparisons only
with other Councils, or also with the wider employment market.
For Level C participants, i.e. those participating on a job evaluated
basis, salary practice line comparison charts and a compa-ratio analysis
are included.
