Specify an Organisation.
Why do I do this?
A group of measures are recorded to describe the organisation
that contains the job being assessed. The measures are:
the organisation’s product/service range, the diversity of the markets for its products/services, the geographic scope of its markets, and the industry and
size of the organisation. These measures contribute to an assessment of
the skills required to manage the organisation's affairs at various levels in the organisation.
Steps to do this:
- 1 From the Jobscore Main Menu select Company Parameters to display the Company List screen.
- 2. Create an organisation and provide specifications for the organisation. How do I do this?
This will set up an organisation whose individual jobs can then be evaluated.
Other features:
- A. Amend organisation details or delete an organisation. How do I do this? See description included in 2. above.
- B. Create another, different organisation. How do I do this? Follow steps given in 2. above.
