the top two levels of the organisation.
The multiplicity of markets serviced,
the diversity of products or services provided, and the geographic scope of
operations are taken into account in the knowledge and skill requirements of
the organisation's senior management.
From the Tables following, select levels corresponding
to the diversity of the market-product mix that the organisation services.
A market must account for at least 15% of the organisation’s total
revenue generation or budget consumption to be counted as an additional
market.
