Artistic Skill measures the complexity of artistic design, and communication
through artistic media that are required of the position. Technical design,
such as architecture, is included.
Levels of proficiency and creativity in artistic skill are measured by the
factor Proficiency. For example, while the advertising campaign for the
launch of a major industrial product, or for a significant new government
policy may require a Level 6 in terms of its artistic content, the level of
proficiency required of the designer of such a campaign is assessed by
Proficiency.
