JOB DATA
Job Title

The actual title, or representative title, of the job within your organisation.
Survey Job No. The number corresponding to the survey position that the job matches. Refer to Positions Page for a listing of positions covered by the survey and their corresponding Survey Job Numbers.
Postcode The postcode where the job is based.
Incumbent in this job minimum 1 year?(Y/N) Indicate whether the incumbent has been in their current job for at least twelve months.
REMUNERATION DATA
Base Salary The annual salary, exclusive of loadings, allowances, incentive payments, and salary sacrifice items.
Overtime Any payments made as an addition to salary to reflect work performed beyond specified 'normal' hours.
Car Allowance A cash payment to an employee to assist in defraying the purchase and/or running cost of a motor vehicle.
Other Cash/Allowances Include here any other cash items that appear on the Group Certificate. Include any allowances paid as cash.
Car Parking The annual cost of providing car parking where this item is included in the employee's remuneration package.
Professional Subscriptions The annual cost of membership and other fees paid in respect of professional associations.
Medical/Life Insurance The annual cost of premiums paid or allowances for health and/or life insurance.
Telephone The annual cost of rental and calls paid. Include mobile phones. Exclude business use costs.
Other Expenses The annual value of any other benefits not mentioned elsewhere such as expense reimbursements and the value of any allowances not paid as cash.
Loans The amount included in the salary package for any low-interest loans provided.
Superannuation - Employer: % or $ Superannuation paid by the employer on behalf of the employee, expressed either as a percentage of Base Salary or a dollar amount. Remember to include the Super Guaruntee Charge.
Superannuation - Salary Sacrifice That part of the employee's total salary package nominated for inclusion in superannuation. This amount reflects the flexibility of choice by the employee. Ensure that you have not double counted this amount into another part of the salary package, eg. Base Salary.
Incentive The annual amount of any performance related bonus, incentive or commission.
ANNUAL LEAVE
Weeks The number of weeks annual leave.
Loading % or $ The annual leave loading, provided either as a percentage of Base Salary, or as a fixed dollar amount.
CARS
Capital Value The full retail price of the vehicle.
FBT % The FBT % applicable to the salary package car, depending on the total annual kilometres travelled by the vehicle. Up to 15,000km=26%; 15,001 to 25,000km=20%;
25,001 to 40,000km=11%; over 40,000km=7%
Usage The level of use of the car the recipient is allowed. 1=unrestricted use, 2=part private use, 3=commuter use only.
Cars - Employee Contribution The annual contribution by the employee towards the running cost of the car(s)
Novated Lease Cars The full cost (including FBT) of providing a car under a novated agreement.
