Salary Package Comparisons

In addition to the complete Survey Report, organisations that contribute data to this survey receive a Contributor Report following each six monthly update of the survey in May and November.

The Contributor Report contains an analysis for each job for which a participant provides salary details. The analysis is in the form of a Remuneration Table. These tables give a comprehensive comparison of the particpant incumbent's salary package details with respect to other participants in the survey. The comparison is on a job description match basis. A subsidiary comparison is also provided for with respect to similar jobs in similar sized organisations, and with those in the same State.

The example table below shows the salary package for a participant’s incumbent in the first column of figures, followed by several columns of comparison data per the survey.

The lower section of the page gives a Total Remuneration comparison based on organisation size as measured by annual revenue, and by State.
