The Jobmatch Salary Survey is published in May and November and covers over 150 jobs that common across all industries. The jobs range from lower level positions such as Cleaner, through to Chief Executive Officer (see positions surveyed. Jobs are included from a selection of over 150 organisations across all industries and regions of Australia. Each job analysed is matched to a job description.

Participants receive a Contributor Report following each update of the survey. This report provides a detailed salary package comparison with similar jobs in the community for job for which the participant contributes data.

A detailed analysis is also provided on-line, giving results for all jobs surveyed together with salary movement, forecasts and other analyses. These results are provided via the Secure Access part of this website. Each particpant has their own user name and password, issued by NRC, to access these results. A illustration of the results can be examined by using the word "JPDemo" as both user name and password to log into the Secure Access part of this site.
