The National Remuneration Centre is seeking to work in association with additional independent remuneration consultants and consulting firms and invites your expression of interest.

Since 1972 the National Remuneration Centre has provided salary information and related services to remuneration consultants. These consultants range from independent advisers to larger consulting firms. The primary resources provided by the NRC in support of consultants are job evaluation, and salary and related information based on its salary surveys.

All NRC salary data are job evaluated thereby making it ideal for developing and supporting salary policy formulation and its on-going maintenance. Graded and non-graded policy structures are catered for.

The NRC job evaluation system, Jobscore, is on-line as is all NRC salary information. This allows 24 hours, 7 days a week access from any internet location. Access is by password. In addition to the NRC flagship all-industries salary survey, a significant survey is conducted among Local Authorities as well as the largest survey of Australia's Health Insurance Industry.
