Reports to: Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor
Job Brief
Job Purpose: Responsible for repair and servicing of electrical and electronic circuits and equipment to
ensure that they conform to performance and safety standards.
Activities: #Participates in developing inspection and preventative maintenance programs for electrical
circuits, wiring and equipment. #Develop, amend and maintain circuit drawings. #Conducts routine maintenance
including diagnosis and repair of circuit faults, which may include important electronic componentry. #Inspect
and analyse system and equipment performance, replace defective components and repair circuitry. #Test
equipment/circuits ensuring operation to performance and safety standards. #Maintain repairs/replacement records.
Qualifications: An electrical trades certificate and a few years experience.
