Reports to: Head of Personnel, Medical Officer or senior operations officer.
Job Brief
Job Purpose: Undertakes monitoring and investigative programs, and provides expertise to ensure that the
company has a safe working environment.
Activities: #Develops and recommends policies for occupational health & safety. #Provides education programs
for employees on occupational health & safety matters. #Provides a monitoring service for factors such as
site noise and dust, and of individual and workforce occupational health and ergonomics. #Undertakes
investigations on site of health and safety matters. #Coordinates the administration of rehabilitation programs.
Qualifications: A degree in a relevant discipline such as psychology, physiology or industrial engineering
and 4-6 years industry experience.
