Job Brief
|
Reports to: Production Facility/Operations Manager
Job Purpose: Co-ordinates activities in a production unit to support achievement of production targets.
Activities: Typically: #Supervises operations to achieve production unit targets for delivery,
output, quality and cost objectives. #Coordinates production and maintenance activities to
maximise production unit availability. #Develops and maintains an appropriate organisation of
staff within a safe environment. #Controls expenditures within budget limits. #Solves materials,
machine or industrial problems.
Qualifications: A trade or technical qualification with 8-10 years production experience.
