Job Brief
|
Reports to: Project Engineering Manager, or a more senior engineering position.
Job Purpose: Prepares detailed engineering design packages for assigned projects.
Activities: Typically: #Contributes to development of engineering department objectives and
budgets by providing engineering expertise. #Participates in definition of project scopes and
development of conceptual designs. #Undertakes detailed engineering designs. #Updates designs,
drawings, documentation and worksheets as required. #Prepares operating and maintenance
instruction manuals.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualified engineer and some years experience in engineering design.
