Reports to: Warehouse/Despatch Supervisor
Job Brief
Job Purpose: Controls movements of goods into and out of the warehouse.
Activities: Typically: #Checks descriptions and quantities of goods received into stock against delivery dockets.
#Places stock orders with suppliers against reorder specifications to maintain stocks within max/min levels.
#Services users by making up orders to meet deadlines. #Follows internal control procedures and participates
in stocktakes.
Qualifications: Basic literacy and numeracy with on-the-job training provided.
