Activities: Typically: #Provides information to customers about benefits, terms or conditions of the company's
products or services. #Ensures that transactions are correctly recorded and receipted. #Actions incoming mail
and ensures that enquiries are addressed. #Participates in developing improvements in branch or office procedures.
Qualifications: Secondary schooling with keyboard skills.
