Job Brief
Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the prompt collection of company accounts.
Activities: Typically: #Reviews and recommends on customers' credit-worthiness. #Raises and
processes invoices and credits, reconciles accounts and prepares monthly reports. #Liaises with
customers to ensure the timely collection of debtors accounts. #Maintains and recommends
improvements to the debtors system.
Qualifications: Preferably an accounting qualification but with experience in credit management.
Titles: Credit Officer, Credit Control Officer
