Job Brief
Job Purpose: Plans, controls and directs activities of the finance function.
Activities: #Ensures the company has effective financial control of operations by installing and monitoring the
use of control systems and procedures. #Supports effective decision-making by providing management reports and
commentaries; oversees information system developments. #Ensures the company meets statutory obligations.
#Ensures the balance sheet and liquidity are managed effectively. #Monitors and reports on performance of the
company's investments. #Ensures that Finance function staff are competent.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, commerce, economics or business administration
plus at least 10 years relevant experience. Member of ICA or a CPA.
Titles: GM Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Manager Finance and Administration, CFO
