Job Brief

Reports to: CEO or Chief Operating Officer
Job Purpose: Directs the implementation of regional or centre operating plans to achieve targets for service delivery.
Activities: Typically: #Participates in developing targets for service, productivity and costs for the region or centre. #Sets standards for operating performance and supervises staff to ensure their achievement. #Implements changes required by management and reports regularly on activity and performance. #Ensures the region or centre delivers required service levels within budget. #Ensures that the region or branch has an effective organisation by providing training to staff.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification plus 7-10 years experience, possibly in industry or commerce.
Titles: Regional Manager, Centre Manager, Business Manager
