Job Brief
|
Reports to: CEO or Chief Operating Officer
Job Purpose: Directs the implementation of regional or branch business plans to achieve sales revenue and
profit targets.
Activities: Typically: #Ensures plans are implemented effectively by monitoring staff activities and directing
remedial action where necessary. #Looks for opportunities to increase business by carefully monitoring market
behaviour and analysing sales and profit performance. #Implements changes required by management and reports
regularly on activity and performance. #Participates in business planning and setting performance targets for
the region or branch. #Ensures the region or branch has an effective organisation by providing training to staff.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification plus 7-10 years business or industry experience.
