Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer or Divisional Manager.
Job Brief
Job Purpose: To direct and manage the production/operations function within the organisation.
Activities: Typically: #Assists in the development of long range strategies and business plans within the senior
management group. #Manages the development, implementation and review of quality standards for service or
product. #Ensures that all organisation's policy as they effect the operations function are adhered to. #Presents
business reports to the CEO together with recommendations for improvement to the operations function. # Manage
resources to ensure that the operations function achieves its financial aims and business development objectives.
#May be required to assist with or ensure the efficient supply and distribution of materials and products.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification plus 12-15 years industry experience.
