Job Brief

Reports to: Head of Sales, a more senior Customer Service position, or Administration Manager.
Job Purpose: Oversees the processing of transactions or provision of advice or information to customers to ensure service standards to the organisation's clients are met.
Activities: Typically: #Oversees the provides information to customers regarding, terms or conditions of the organisation's products or services. #Ensures that transactions are correctly recorded and receipted and that incoming mail and ensures that enquires are addressed in a timely and effective manner. #Participates in developing improvements in branch, office or customer service procedures.
Qualifications: May require a technical degree and 3-5 years sales or marketing experience, or the equivalent in training and experience.
