Job Brief
|
Reports to: Head of Finance or other senior finance position
Job Purpose: Undertakes financial and investment analysis and planning activities to support financial
operations and business development.
Activities: #Develops guidelines and criteria for capital expenditure; reviews capital proposals and
undertakes post-completion audits. #Facilitates merger and acquisitions by analysing financial statements/
reports, securing credit assessments, and undertaking industry analyses. #Participates in financial systems
developments; provides specifications and liaises with information systems providers. #Reviews accounting
standards. #Provides advice to management on operations and developments.
Qualifications: A tertiary accounting, finance or business qualification with 7-10 years experience.
