Job Brief
Job Purpose: To direct and manage a corporate services function within the organisation.
Activities: Typically: #Advises in the development of long range strategies, business plans and corporate policies
within the senior management group. #May manage the development, implementation and review of organisation
studies. #May oversee the administration of overseas offices. #May direct a corporate legal function and/or
Company Secretary role. #May oversee the Human Resources, Corporate Planning and/or Information Technology
functions. #May direct Government relations activities.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualified plus 15 years significant business experience; may have legal qualifications.

General Manager Administration
